A unique, luxury 2 bedroom/2 bathroom residence right in the middle of the historic centre of Rome, a corner apartment overlooking Piazza Farnese.
As you walk towards the historic building you will notice it’s in excellent condition having been renovated recently. As you enter through the private independent entrance and climb the short flight of stairs (12 +/-) you will already feel the fine blend of aristocracy and modern home comforts awaiting you. The top of the stairs ushers you into the grand salon/lounge which boasts a stunning view of one of the most beautiful squares in Rome, including the two fountains and historic Farnese Palace.
Back inside the grand salon has a large soft sofa, a Sky (cable) equipped flatscreen TV, a large coffee table and a dining table. Four large windows provide lots of light while an antique ceiling fan keeps the room cool in the summer. A truly enchanting place to either relax, eat breakfast or have dinner with friends.
From one end of the salon you reach the main bedroom, main bathroom with bathtub (newly renovated), the kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas burners and all necessary utensils to cook up a storm.
The bedroom has a large double bed and large wardrobe with air conditioning, with the modern tiled bathroom across the hall.
At the other end of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom which has a new ensuite bathroom with large shower, 2 single beds, lots of storage and a couple of built-in desks.
Located in Vicolo del Giglio, the apartment overlooks Piazza Farnese which houses the French Embassy as well as two fine dining restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket! Just one block away, there is the lively and famous square Campo de’Fiori. This charming piazza hosts a food market in the morning and in the afternoon and at night you can pick one of many bars/restaurants and enjoy a very Roman aperitif/dinner!
